Poste proposé : Senior Commercial Channel Programs Manager (Remote)

The Commercial Channel Program Manager will be responsible for the design, development & execution of repeatable programs to grow GitLab Mid-Market sales and partner services engagement through the GitLab partner ecosystem.  
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across Channels,  Commercial Sales and Professional Services teams to gather requirements for programs, focusing primarily on mid-market customers.
  • Develop and manage repeatable mid-market focused partner programs to include enablement, incentives, offers, services, events/activities and reporting.
  • Align program requirements and execution around Marketing campaigns, Go-to-Market strategies and Partner Service Offerings.
  • Work cross functionally with sales operations, marketing, and enablement teams to promote and operationalize program components.
  • Design & launch field enablement on Programs, Rules of Engagement, How to Partner, etc.
  • Manage program communications to the channel via portal, newsletters, webcasts.
  • Design partner program guides that detail requirements and benefits, resources, engagement models, etc.
  • Collect and manage feedback from channel partners into the ongoing roadmap for commercial services and programs.
  • Document policies and processes to support all aspects of the program and enable global execution.
  • Establish and track metrics of the program, run a quarterly compliance process with the Channel field.
  • Working with your peers, marketing & Sales operations
Profil recherché pour le poste : Senior Commercial Channel Programs Manager (Remote)
  • 5+ years of demonstrated progressive experience in channel programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Experience building and managing a partner program, ideally in the DevOps space
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Execution & revenue focused
  • Great project & program management skills, ability to leverage, manage & lead virtual teams
  • Successfully designed, built and managed partner portals.
  • Candidates based in Europe are preferred, but not required
